One grizzly Hackle around body Tying Instructions: Tie the same as any other woolly bugger.
The glow in the dark flashabou is stiffer to work
with but managable.
This fly holds a charge for almost 16 minutes
before it fades completely. Don't know if that's good or bad for a glow fly.
