Tying Instructions: Tie in the porcupine quill and wrap up to form the abdomen / nymph shuck. Catch in 4 CDC plumes (on a size 14). Noodle the hare around the thread and build the thorax. Draw the CDC fibres over the eye: pinch & loop and then finish under the tips and behind the eye.
