Fly Type: Wet,
Target Species: Freshwater Bass, Panfish,
Material List: Hook: Curved Nymph or Nymph Hook (curved nymph size 6 used)

Tail: Ringneck Pheasant Rump feather fibers

Underbody: Uni-Stretch

Rib: Copper wire

Body: Peacock Herl

Hackle: Mottled India Hen

Wing: Ringneck Pheasant Rump Feather
Tying Instructions: Take a rump feather and cut the tip out of the feather to form both tail and wing of fly,(Form Underbody if desired) Tie on thread advance to bend, tie in tail. Tie in wire and peacock herl, advance to mid point of hook tie in hackle (can strip one side for sparser hackle), advance thread leaving a hook eyes width. Wind peacock herl up body past hackle, tie off. Counter rib hackle with wire, tie off. Wind hackle and tie off. Hold wind and fold concave sides of feathers together while squeezing the stem to form a more suitable wing. Measure length to your liking and tie in. Whip finish.
