Material List: As an regular Jock Scott bot change the front half of the body and Hackle to teal blue. I´ve used Lagartun floss. Also due to lack of materials I´ve used substitute for the Toucan.
Tying Instructions: Try to tie in the wing as low as possible with the "under wing" showing as much as possible.
