Try to match the color of the rabbit hair to the spinner bait skirts
Tying Instructions: Tie a good size pinch of flash onto the end of the mono.

Tie dumbell eyes on top of the hookshank into the V created by the offset shank.

Turn hook over

Tie in Mono at the 90 degree bend so that the mono sits perpendicular to the hook shank

Tie in the spinner bait skirt in the center of the skirt

Cut the hide off the rabbit strip and place fur in a dubbing loop (using a Magic Tool) then dub behind, around and in front of the dumbell eyes.

Whip finish and head cement.

Presentation Tips: Fishing it just fast enough to keep it off the bottom seems to work the best, but you can really rip it through the water also.
