Soft Hackle: Starling
Thorax: Chironomid braid.
Tying Instructions: Tie in body, whip finish and cut thread. Mossback weave, Chironomid braid on top, chenille on bottom. Tie thread back in and tie off body, tie in overlapped Chironomid braid for thorax. Tie in Starling and make 3 wraps. Tie thorax over and whip finish.
Presentation Tips: Caddis both deep and emergent. Deadly on the swing.
