Tying Instructions: If you want to tie your fulldressed flies the "Hardy style". Remember to keep the wing low and sweeping. That is achieved by tying it in directly over the top of the shank and not letting it smear down the side.

According to me the fly fish better this way. And we are tying flies for fishing, not admireing, RIGHT?
