Abdomin: Light Cahill Dubbin
Thorax: Chocolate Brown Dubbin
Wings: Two white goose biots

Tying Instructions: I like to use Mustad bait hooks to add weight and they are strong for fighting large Steelhead.
Tie in two biots in V for tail half way down hook bend.
Tie in fine copper wire at base of the tail.
Coat thread with Light Cahill Dubbin and wrap to a quarter inch from the hook eye to form the abdomen.
Wrap copper wire over the abdomen and tie off and trim.
Cover thread with Chocolate Brown Dubbin and wrap hook to the eye to build up the thorax.
Tie in two goose biots at the base of the eye to form the wings in a V shape.
Flip the hook and tie in two more biots in a V for the legs.
Flip back and build up head with thread. Whip finish and epoxy.
Fast and easy to tie but still very effective for winter Steelhead and other trout.
Presentation Tips: Dead drift under an indicator for winter Steelhead
