Tying Instructions: wrap to rear of hook and tie in tail&tinsel then wrap forward and tie in floss. Wrap body of floss to rear and then back towards hook eye. Wrap tinsel forward and tie off. Wrap 2 turns of hackle and tie in wing. Whip finish.
