Tying Instructions: Start thread and tie in hackle over eye. Wrap to bend of hook and tie in 3 pheasant tail fibers, then twist and wind the but ends forward. Stop thread at front of thorax and wrap hackle back, tie down and wrap forward finish with a small head.
