Tying Instructions: Tie in a bunch of hare's foot for the wings, split, and wrap with a figure 8 to spread them. Apply a small ball of dubbing ahead of the bend and then tie in moose mane and split over the dubbing. Dub the rest of the body. Whip, snip, and fish.
