Eyes - Weatherproof (outdoor) Acrylic Craft Paint (White, Pumpkin Orange, Citris Orange, & Black) Once the eyes and pupils have thoroughly dried, the head is coated with three layers of Sally Hansen's Hard-as-Nails polish (allow time for polish to dry between each layer). Tying Instructions: Materials are attached to the hook in the order they are listed above. Note - Forming the eyes and finishing the head can take longer than tying the fly.
