Tying Instructions: Tie on tail of grizzly hackle barbs.

stirp a long grizzly feather and tie in striped quill about an inch or so from the very tip.

wrap the quill and tie off.

tie on a proper sized grizzly hackle.

wind forward for a hackle colar.

whipfinish.

coat the wound quill with head cement to protect it.
