Tying Instructions: Place hook in vise and gentley put about a 45 degree bend in it about 2/3 of the way to the eye

1:Tie in hackle fibers for tail
2:Dub a slender body to the 2/3 bend in the hook
3:tie in Z-lon on the inner part of the bend (leave long)
4:tie in hackle right in front of the Z-lon
5:make 1 wrap behind the wing and 2 wraps in front with the hackle
6:tie off hackle and finish body with dubbing
7:Pull z-lon to the rear of hook and trim even with the edge of hook
8:trim hackle flat on the bottom so fly rides in the surface film.
