Tying Instructions: Weight hook with lead wire, fit pearl mylar along the shank of the hook, allow frayed ends to form tail, tye off with thread at bend.

Tie off mylar three quarters along hook shank, tie in rabbit strip, to form back of fly, spin a couple of hunks of elk hait to form head. Cut away elk hair from top and bottom of hook but not the sides, this will then be flat to give a bull head shpe to the finished fly.
