Step 6: Bring the thread down the shank toward the eye and tie in the copper wire where the ribbing should start, then bring thread to the hook eye. Step 7: Wrap chenille to hook eye, tie off and trim excess Step 8: Palmer hackle to the hook eye, tie off and trim excess Step 9: Bring felt over body toward hook eye. Wrap the copper rib around the felt to secure to the body and to provide segmentation.
