Tying Instructions: tie in the tag at about the 3/4 mark of the hook shank and follow by tying in the floss for the tail,tie in the rib and floss for the body ( Keep your under body as flat and smooth as possible) wrap the floss forward for the body and follow with 5 or 6 turns of tinsel for the rib. Select the fibers from the squrriel tail for the wing, pluck out thr under fur and place in a hair stacker. Tie in the wing ( dont extend past the tail) follow with 3 or 4 turns of hackle and finish off with a neat head and laquer
