Tying Instructions: Wrap hook with thread and place a few drops of superglue on it. Push foam earplug onto threaded hook. Tie on hackles splay style and wrap with matching hackle. Super glue doll eyes on each side.
Presentation Tips: Like any surface popper. This makes an easy and inexpensive panfish popper. Ear plugs can be bought in any hardware store for about 30 cents per pair.
