Tying Instructions: I tied on the thread at the head and bound down the return wire to the shank, then the tail then the wings were added and split. Each wing has 4 thread wraps on each base. The rear herl section then the floss was attached about mid shank wound rearward to herl and back twice. The second section of herl was added then 2 hackles. The first was wound forward to the wings then throught them figure eight. the second wound forward and tiedoff and a neat head was formed and whip finnished. I idi not time this but wanted to see how fast I could tie a half ways decent looking fly
