Collar: Ringneck Pheasant back feather tied in at the tip.
Head: Ringneck Philoplume

Tying Instructions: Tie in the tail at the end of the hook shank and follow with rib. dub a good amount of hares fur and form a loop and twist I leave the gaurd hairs in the dubbing for effect. wrapp to about 3/4 of the hook shank and apply the ribbing . tie in the hackle by the tip and give it a cople of turns. for less dense of a collar you can strip one side of the plume. take 2 or 3 philoplumes and tie them in twist them together and build your head. Whip finish and laquer the head
