Tying Instructions: wrap herland palmer on the bendthen dub hook with a tapper to the eye. Wrad latex from fly head back to eye pull on it as you wrap so you strech it a bit and thin it out. tie it off. I only had natural latex color so colored it with magic marker and then coted it with sallys. I let is set for a minnute them blotted it of to dull the finish.
