Material List: Hook -3/0 Mustad; Thread- mono. To tie this fly requires you to take small clumps of angel hair and tear the clump in half and tie in like you would Deer hair... about 4 clumps down the shaft... then pick it out with a bodkin until you have a sort of afro appearance... then brush back with a hair brush and trim to shape with scissors. Add the topping at the hook eye and brush back.
