Tying Instructions: I make eyes by burning a piece of Amnesia line and tie them in near the hook eye. I also put some lead on the first third part of the hook for aditional weight. I use a Partridge hook but you might take another bent hook. I tie in about 15 cm of 0.12 mm nylon line for ribbing and a 3 mm strip of Body Stretch and work myself down the hook bend. I now dub the abdomen part in the colur I prefer. Follow with the strip of Body Strech to cover the dubbing, and hold it all together with the thin nylon wound as ribbing. I now take one caddis wing from Perfect Cut Wings and divide it lenghtwise to two strips. I tie one on each side of the abdomen just in front of it pointing down and back underneath. I make a loop of the tying thread and put some CdC-fibres in it and use it to form the thorax and the legs. I cut it a little on top, laquer the head and the pupa is ready for use. | Other Flies Tied by leifehn
