Tying Instructions: Tie the ribbing wire along the bottom of the hook. Tie in the tail at the hook barb, then wrap the butt end of the fibers to form the abdomen; wrap the ribbing forward. Tie in the fibers for the legs right behind the bead, and wrap the butt ends back to the body; leave the butt ends to become the wing case. Wrap in the dubbing to form the thorax. Pull the wingcase forward, tie off, and whip finish.
Presentation Tips: Drift as a dropper under a dry fly or a hopper pattern.
