Material List: Hook; any long shank salt water hook, thread, white monocord, tail, white bucktail long and wispy 20 to 30 strands, overlaid with a stiff grizzlyneck Hackle, and a light purple saddle Hackle flatwing style, body; pearl body braid, underwing and first collar; white bucktail a few strands placed on top, sides, and bottom of shank, leaving enough room for the spun Deer hair head and collar,
throat; a few strands of red crystal flash left long and trimmed after head and collar is formed, wing, mallard flank tied cougar style. Head and colar; spun and clipped natural white bucktail, trimmed fairly large.
