Tying Instructions: Start thread, then tie in a length of antron yarn. Secure the yarn the length of the abdomen leaving a little bit hanging out the back for the shuck and an inch or so where the thorax will begin. DO NOT trim. Secure a biot and wind it up to the thorax. Secure a hackle feather as you would tying a parachute using the leftover antron yarn as a post. You want the hackle wrapped down the post the lenght of your thorax. Tie off hackle then dub a tight thorax. Pull the parachute back to get it out of the way and dub the thorax. Pull the parachute over the thorax and tye it off. Clip the extra post material, whip finish and you're done.
Presentation Tips: Dead drifted. This one's BWO colored but change the size and colors and it will work for any mayfly.
