Tying Instructions: Attach thread then tie in tail of Krystal Flash,with tips facing rearward and tag end hangingtoward you and hook eye.Lift them out of the way and tie in rib hackle feather take tying thread to about one eye space back.Twist Krystal Flash,and wrap behind rib and then in frontto where thread is hanging.palmer rib attach wings and collar form head.
