Dubbing loop of simi-seal.

Tying Instructions: Tie in hackle by lower stem over eye. Build a smooth thread base for the body. Tie in the d-rib and then build a dubbing loop with the simi-seal. Move the thread to the thorax. Wrap the d-rib in open wraps to the thorax and then follow with the dubbing loop between the wraps of d-rib. Build a peacock thorax and then wrap the hackle back, tie it down and move thread to hook eye. Whip finish.
