I've been a fly fisherman and fly tier for more than 30 years. On my 50th birthday, I resolved to start tying full-dress Atlantic salmon flies. Shortly afterward I became smitten with classic old-school wet flies, and have since split my time between the two disciplines.
Though I'm more a technician than an artist, I strive to make each fly I tie an object of beauty.
