Hi Folks

The last of the six I think. Not happy with the black dose, will probably do another fly for that. Thought this was a simple but interesting doctor. Best regards Mike

Great job. Always had a soft spot for this fly - but never felt I really nailed it - probably coz it was one of the first classics I came across when I was about 12 - in David Collyer's books as a low water pattern.

If you want really simple you want the Grey Doctor!

Dear MIKE and KIM,

I realy realy do like this fly ...

I love especially the body...and his 'allround outlook'...(euh nice wing too with the speckled worked in)...

I have such a great admiration for YOUR work Mike...sometimes it's hardly to descirbe with words...

LOVE IT ! (euh all the doctors are my 'friends'...they save lifes...they prolonged lifes...they are fanstastic looking flies)
