Sweet!  A not so easy pattern to get to look right!  

 

The Farlows book, is a hands down, must own book if you're into tying classic flies "the way they were"...

I post up occasionally...its tough with the picture file size here.  Its just one more step...so lots of times I just re-save from facebook which takes are of the file size issue.  

 

I think i'm going to move on from speys, and go dabble in the land of Ephemera for a while.

STUNNING FLY with a great LOOK and yes it's a charming 'pattern'...and ofcourse that I know that MATT tied it allready !!!

 

...but but but Yours is equally so beautyful (euh sorry MATT hahahahahhaa)...

 

pstttttttttt JIM...that book became my 'GO TO SLEEP' ...yes each evening since I bought it last year (a couple of weeks before I putted that STOP on posting overhere).   Wished there where more of such books of that maginificent 'calibre'...

 

GO ON and CONTINUE ...to pick out patterns of that Farlow's book
