Inspired by a fly tied by Ryan Houston, i had to try the same fly with the same wing. Thunder & Lightening Pryce Tannatt recepie. Tied on a phillips nr 4 made by Flemming Sejer Andersen. I really like that wing.

Sorry Stephen , but I wont be there this time. Just to much on my plate and not enough time or money. I have bought a cabin that need all my time for restoration beside work.

Not quite yet this far north. Season starts in my river July first. But we fish for sea run browns in the sea.

Heading out this week for seatrout myself. Gone from Monday and be back on Friday,headed some place I have never been. Our seatrout are all speckled or Brook Trout. I think Bob MacDonald and the guys from over there do have Browns. Good luck on the fishing

Sweet. I saw a sea run Brown one time and it looked very similar to our fall run salmon. Yours are also similar in looks to a salmon. Beautiful fish Bent
