Started out tying Ryan Houston's Myles Peter and ended up in a different place. Gonna try this for skwalas in darker olive tones.
hook - Dai Riki 280 #10
thread - Danville 6/0 light olive
rib - small wire gold
body hackle - olive grizzly
body - dubbing olive
wing - pheasant rump olive
collar - pheasant church window olive
head - aftershaft olive

Love it and I'll bet it is deadly !!!! Looks like a muddler minnow that used too much mousse - LOL

Scott: It isn't the beauty of your fly that draws me too it, it's it's absolute sensibility as a fisher. I really appreciate this variation of one of my favorite patterns. I might have considered a more webby start to your body hackle (like some classic Spey flies) and a paler more translucent body dubbing. Just thinkin. Great tying as usual
