Decided to tie Jock Scott for myself the way I would like it to be:) I knot it wouldn't be for everyones taste, but that's my choice . I'm pretty happy the way it came out from the vice, the only thing I regret is throat - that was the longest barbed "galina" I had :(
That forum gave me so much, and people on it were so good to me, that I felt like I have to do something for the forum and the only thing I could think about was SBS. I know, I'm far far behind all the mentors here, but may be some newbie will find it interesting.

Dear VYTAS,

I realy enjoyed it !!!

It's not given to a whole whole lot ...to come with a "JOCK SCOTT" SBS...as YOU bring here ...'chapeau my dear friend' - a great prestation !!!

...I think everybody will have seen now that Your 'builded' up skill with working hard during months and months allready now (in the past !)...payed off greatly !!!

A realy realy nice build up of the underbody and tip and again 'going' further on Your fly !!! (psttttttttttttttt I must learn still lots of things hahahahaha)

and so I am not afraid to bring over ...I can't bring what YOU bring here VYTAS and I am serious (think I used that word allready a couple of times this evening - serious wink ..............and and and furthermore I am aware that not 'one' fly by 'any' flytyer is tied the same or in the same way like YOU bring here (the way YOU did it here ...is a truly fine and refined way ...wich is in this SBS nicely and skilled SHOWN to the extreme !)

I am aware tooooooooo that (but everyone will know that in the meanwhile allready ...and I hope everyone will admit that !!! that not one fly is perfect...a feather isn't childplay to play with or to 'SET' !!!

pstttttttttttttttt loved the 'Irish' slab on this KING' by 'YOU

thanks my friend and a from the heart once more BRAVO for this nice SBS !!!

...as allways greetings to ERIKA (psttttttttt I hope YOU gift her enough LOVE in return on daily basis !!! pstttttttt meaned in a 'good way')

Sweet! Thanks for showing this SBS! I think this should go to the Tutorials page at some point.

Dear SWINGWET,

I would love to know Your forename ! (serious wink ...as this would easening a whole lot for me and everyone ! )

psttttttttttttt what YOU saw and noticed on the head (who's great !!!) is done with LOTS and LOTS of 'cobblers wax' ...yes the BLACK wax ...sold by Mr. John Mc.LAIN (and this via Mr. BAILLY or JAMIE DAILY or with the receipt by Jeff DICKEY...a must have as a classic salmon flytyer !!!)...warm it in Your hands ...so that YOU can mould it...to put on the flytyingthread or or or simply to mold the 'head' after the 'cut' with a siccor or blade on the wing and side and horn rests are done ...

Geert ...a bit of 'hard as nails' is everything YOU need afterwards...but 'be careful' when YOU use BLACK varnish or lacquer ...steady hands are needed when using that stuff ...hahahahah (yes I ruined a couple of flies with that stuff ...and if YOU use black ...allways allways have a bottle of dissolvant/thinner at Your side with the bottle allready opened and a long barb of any macaw or turkey feather allready in place to 'DIP' in quickly when cathastrophe should struck !

again good eyes and meritted words in Your reply of admiration ...

Geert

Thank you all very much ! Glad you like it :)
As for high wing - I knew it's not for everyones taste, but that fly is for myself, and that's the way I wanted it to look.I wouldn't like that shape lets say year ago, but my taste for the flys is changing :)
