Tony, Interesting idea, I'll check a couple of books.  You're thinking of orange black white wings correct?

trout fin

brook fin

brookie fin

fontinalis fin

kineo - red white and black wing.

armstrong fontinalis (listed in Blades book if i recall correctly)

olive trout fin

bergman fontinalis.

Harlequin - wet fly and streamer - blue black and white wing

there are others in the same class, as well as streamers with similar names (listed in Bates books), but different materials - tails, bodies and wing colors etc

I tied all i could find a few years ago.
