A sort of Widgeon on a small old hook. All materials reused exept for floss, herl and throath.

Looks great!  I wonder how old the donor fly was?  The cheek would appear to be Scutatus.

Not so old. Just a few years. I have tied so many over the years and if i dont like em they meet the blade. It happens to most of the flies i tie. You right about scutatus. It is actually 2 very small ic at each cheek and 3 small ones in tail. They are very little red in and short so they cant be used on bigger flies. Its also 4 toucan in tail from a tailveiling from a Jock Scott who not exist anymore.
