About Me

I've been dressing the classics since the mid 1990s. The obsession took hold, and I started collecting materials, old flies, fly tying paraphernalia, books and ephemera shortly thereafter. Of late, I have spent much time researching dressings -- waiting on Dave C's book -- and compiling biographical information on the old authors (some were fly-fishing journalists, others fly dressers as well as fishers).
